Discovering the new concept of our Restaurant La Torre

The world of gastronomy has been the centre of all conversations for years and in the Canary Islands we were not going to be left behind. With a total of six Michelin star Restaurants in Tenerife and a hotel and catering scene that is growing more and more on a national level, the island has become a benchmark among enthusiasts of the culinary universe.

With the intention of transmitting to our guests the talent of the Canarian chefs and the most attention-grabbing techniques, Restaurant La Torre has launched a new gastronomic concept, in accordance with the constant evolution that is so present in this sector. The variety and quantity of current elaborations in each of the new menus is the best presentation for a proposal that -we are sure- will conquer the most demanding of palates.

Four themed nights, four experiences

Our commitment for quality cuisine in the last years at the Hotel Suite Villa María has crowned in this new concept, the creator being Chef Manu Regalado and the wonderful team that encourages his work. Until now the work created at Restaurant La Torre was mainly focused on a fusion of Canarian roots, now one of the main novelties found in this new menu is the incorporation of themed nights, in which international food takes centre stage. This new concept not only makes a trip through the most iconic gastronomies of the world, such as the Asian or Italian, but also dares with more innovative and original proposals.

In addition, those guests and diners who prefer to try Canarian and Spanish specialities will also have two nights focused on each of these two delicious cuisines. Cheeses, ribs with potatoes and mojo or the traditional watercress stew are some of the proposals that will be available every Thursday, while on Sundays we will be able to taste the flavours of each area of Spain with Iberian sausages, escalivadas, anchovies or with a delicious Catalan cream (crème brûlée) for dessert.


The most amazing of tastes

Undoubtedly, the new stars of our Restaurant La Torre correspond to the following: ‘Capricho Menu’ (whim Menu), ‘Destiny Menu’ and ‘Stravaganzza Menu’. These selections of Tasting dishes combine the determination of our kitchen team to employ the most meticulous techniques with the flavour in all its splendour. All this, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines chosen by our expert maître José Manuel Rivero, that pair perfectly with these dishes. To sum things up, a true show where colour and creativity conquer the five senses of the diner, allowing the good memory of having dined at our restaurant.
